Refunds & Returns
Refunds will be issued upon A Dye To Remember's receipt of any unwashed, unworn, and unopened clothing, stickers, etc. upon prior communication between A Dye To Remember and the customer. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping, if applicable.
Deposit Refunds
All custom orders and events require a half-down deposit. If an order has been started and the customer cancels, 75% of the deposit will be refunded. If the order has not been started yet when the customer cancels, the customer will receive a full refund. If a custom order has already shipped, no refund will be issued.
